Dashboard > Account Search - Vehicles Tab


Use this Tab to view, add and edit Vehicles.



The Vehicle function is used to maintain records of vehicles within the community.


Add a Vehicle


Step 1. Locate the Owner Account you need to work with using the Account Search feature on the Dashboard, or via Activities > Find Account


Step 2. Click the Vehicles Tab. 


Step 3. Click the Add Vehicle hyperlink. 



Step 4.  Complete the Vehicle window. 


  • Association- This field will default, review for accuracy. 

  • Account- This field will default, review for accuracy. 

  • Contact Type- Select Owner or Tenant from the dropdown menu. 

  • Visitor- Check if the Vehicle is owned by a Visitor.

  • Type- Select the Type of Vehicle from the dropdown menu. 

  • Make- Select the Make of the Vehicle from the dropdown menu.

  • Model- Select the Model of the Vehicle from the dropdown menu.

  • Year- Enter the Year of the Vehicle.

  • Color- Enter the Color of the Vehicle. 

  • License- Enter the license plate number of the vehicle.

  • State- Enter the State of the license plate.

  • Pass Method- Check the box for the correct Pass Method you are using. 

  • Pass Number- Enter the Pass number.

  • Pass Issue Date/Expire Date- Enter the Pass Issue and Expire Dates.

  • Note- Enter any additional information, as needed.


Step 5.  Click the Save button to finalize.




Edit Vehicle Note


Step 1. In the Find Account-Vehicle Tab, click the Edit Vehicle Note hyperlink.

Step 2. Enter the new Vehicle Note  

Step 3. Click the Save button to finalize.




Edit a Vehicle


Step 1. In the Find Account-Vehicle Tab, click the Pencil icon for the Vehicle you need to edit.


Step 2. Make changes in the Vehicle window, as needed. 


Step 3. Click the Save button to finalize.




Delete a Vehicle


Step 1. In the Find Account-Vehicle Tab, click the Trash icon for the Vehicle you need to delete.


Step 2. Click Confirm in the confirmation window.
