Periodically, the Homewise system is not able to connect to uManage to retrieve homeowner information.  You may see an error similar to the following:

Note that this is not an eUnify issue.  This is a Homewise issue that Homewise support is aware of and should have a fix for.  Their fix is for Homewise to update their referenced internal SSL certificate within the Homewise internal network.
