Use this Tab to view a list of all emails sent to the Owner.
This tab allows all emails sent to the Owner to be managed and searched in one location, regardless of whether it is of a personal nature, or if the Owner is also a Committee member.
Search Emails
Emails can be Searched by using these filters on the page.
Type- Select a Type from the drop down menu. This allows you to filter by the Type of email, such as, Violation, ARC, Delinquency etc…
Open Status- This allows you to filter by emails that have been opened, or those that have not yet been viewed.
Start/End Date- Enter start and end dates to filter by a Date range.
Filter- Enter all or part of text to find emails that match.
View Emails
Click the Magnifying Glass icon corresponding to the email you want to view, to open the email, along with a list of responses and any attachments.
