System generated reports can be quickly and easily converted to a variety of output formats, allowing you to edit the information as needed, or use in other applications. It's only a click away and allows you to customize reports to your clients specifications.

Step 1. Navigate to the Reports menu and select the report you need.

NOTE- For this example I am using the Account Aging report, but this feature is available on all system generated reports.

Step 2. Enter your parameters and generate your report. The generated report will pop up in a new window.

Step 3. At the top of the report, click the Drive icon to open a drop down menu.

Step 4. From the drop down menu, select the file format you need.

Word- This will convert the report to Word (docx), which will allow information to be edited in Word and other compatible word processing applications. This is helpful if you need to add additional design elements such as images or charts.

Excel- This will convert the report to Excel (xlsx), which will allow information to be edited in Excel and other compatible spreadsheet applications. This is helpful if you need to sort or edit your data.

Power Point- This will convert the report to a Power Point slide presentation (pptx). Each page of the report will be saved as a separate slide.

PDF- This will convert the report to PDF format (pdf). This is useful if you are sending documents to be read or viewed on a variety of devices or platforms.

TIFF File- This will convert the report to TIFF format (tiff). This is a photo or graphic format and is useful if you need an image of the report.

MHTML- This will convert the report to MHTML format (mhtml) for viewing online.

CSV- This will convert the report to CSV (csv) format. It will retain the spreadsheet format (similar to Excel) allowing the data to be edited and organized, but will not retain any of the report formatting.

XML- This will convert the report to XML format (xml). This is helpful when the information is shared or exchanged between websites.

Data Feed- This will create a data feed file (atomsvc) that is compatible with Excel with Power Pivot add-on, or other data feed services.

Step 5. Open or download the converted report as needed.

The converted report will automatically download to your computer and from there can be opened and edited as needed.
