eUnify has a comprehensive and robust Help system that includes hundreds of written articles, perfect when you need step by step instructions, videos that make it easier to visualize the process, Webinars with the ability to ask questions and interact, and our Ticketing system when you need personalized assistance.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is a linked catalog of hundreds of articles with detailed information about each page of the eUnify system, helpful How To articles, useful videos and other articles with useful information. The Knowledge Base can be reached in multiple ways.
Link- CLICK HERE to go right to the front page of the Knowledge Base.
Help Tab- The Help Tab is available on the left side of each page of the system. Click the Tab to open a page with links to helpful articles that directly relate to the page you're on, and a button that will take you to the main page of the Knowledge Base.
Feature Focus Link- The Feature Focus highlights useful tools and features you may not know about.This link will take you directly to Feature Focus main page, with further links to an archive of previous articles.
Navigate the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is organized in categories that match the structure of the eUnify menu. To find the articles you need, scroll to the category that corresponds to the Main Menu, ie; Activities, Reports, Accounting, etc… Within the main category you will find additional subcategories.
Search the Knowledge Base
Enter a word or term to locate all Help articles on a topic.
Videos on YouTube
A number of helpful videos, including our Webinar series, are available for viewing on our YouTube channel.
CLICK HERE to go directly to our channel or find us by searching “eUnify” on YouTube.
Click the Videos Tab to find a list of all uploaded videos.
Click the Subscribe button to be notified when new content is uploaded.
Videos in the Knowledge Base
Videos uploaded to YouTube are also available in the Knowledge Base. They can be played directly through the Knowledge Base, or opened in YouTube. Each video upload will include Timestamps and a brief description to help you find the relevant section of the video. To advance to a timestamp, simply click and hold the slider bar and release when you reach the correct time.

Webinars
eUnify hosts live Webinars on a regular basis on a variety of helpful topics. They are a great way to get information about all the useful tools and features in a live setting that allows attendees to ask questions and get assistance. Find out more about what’s coming up by checking the top of the Home page. If you’re unable to attend a Webinar, but still want to learn more about a subject, all Webinars are recorded and posted to our YouTube channel and on the Help Desk.
Google Drive
During the initial set up and implementation a Google Drive folder was established for your Firm. All online implementation sessions are recorded and uploaded for future reference. This provides unique video training specific to the needs to your Firm, and can be a valuable source of information. If you are unable to locate this folder, please contact us for assistance.
New Features
Approximately every eight weeks, eUnify updates the system with new or enhanced features. All New Features are accessible
Click the i icon on the upper right side of the screen.
This will open a list of all New Release updates. Click the Paper and Pencil icon for the release you want to view.
Click the item from the list on the left, to see more details about the update in the pane on the right.
Ticket System
We are also available to assist you with any questions you may have. If you’re unable to locate a solution, please feel free to contact us through your Ticketing system on the Help Desk.
