Use this page to manage Fact Responses at a glance.
Fact Responses are answers to Fact Questions that allow Owners to easily access important information about their community. The Fact Reponses Grid Page allows responses to be managed quickly and easily on one page without the need to edit individual responses one at a time.
NOTE- In order to add new Fact Responses you will first need to set up Fact Questions and Fact Categories. CLICK HERE for more information.
Edit the Fact Responses Grid
Editing through the Fact Response Grid allows you to enter responses to multiple questions or update the Portal with more than one question at one time. This is useful when there is more than one answer to update or when you need to add a new Association.
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Fact > Manage Fact Responses Grid.
Step 2. Select Edit from the Page Action menu.
Step 3. Use the Search filters to return a list of Fact Responses that require editing.
Step 4. Enter the answer to questions and/or update Portal access, as needed.
Step 5. Select Update from the Page Actions drop down menu to complete your changes.
