Q. | Why aren’t new Assessments showing up on the Statements? | |
A. | Make sure you have run Recurring Charges and new Assessments are on the accounts. CLICK HERE to learn more. Double check the dates used to run your Statements to make sure new charges are captured on the statement. For example, if your Assessments are dated January 1, 2025, but your Statement is dated December 31, 2023, they will not appear on the statement. Double check the minimum balance and Trans Types selected in the Create Statement Batch window. | |

Q. | I need to send a copy of a Statement, what can I do? | |
A. | When an Owner needs a copy of their statement, you can send a copy in eUnify, or they can get a copy themselves via the Portal. To send a Statement, open the Owners Account page, and click the Transactions Tab. On the right side click the hyperlink corresponding to the Statement they need to save it on your computer.
