 What does it mean when the Owner’s email is in RED?

Thank you for reaching out with this question. If an Email is in Red on the Find Account page, that email has been added to the Bad Emails list.

Q.       Where do I update the Alert ribbon on the Account? 
A. 
This can be completed on the Find Account > "Overview" tab by clicking on the "Edit Account" option. Here, the "Alert" area will be what is displayed on the top of the Find Account. 

 



Q: How do we update the Tabs that are available on the Find Account? 


A: This is controlled on the Profile Level on the Administration > Manage Profile page by locating the corresponding Profile > Clicking the Pencil to Edit > Expanding the Activities > Clicking the Pencil on the "Find Account" area: 


Here, click on the "Tabs" tab to view the available tabs. You can then move the necessary tabs into the "Selected Elements" area > Save. This will also be the area to re-order the tabs that appear on the Find Account as well:
