Activities > Ticketing > Ticket Events
The Events Orders Page is used to view and manage ticket orders for events. From this page you can view ticket sales and resend a ticket email.
Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Ticketing > Ticket Event.
Step 2. Use Search filters to locate the event.
Step 3. Click the View Orders hyperlink.
Search Filters
Use Search filters to locate the Tickets you need to view.
Event- Use the drop down menu to select a different event, if needed.
Status- Select the ticket status from the drop down menu. Multiple status can be selected.
Start/End Date- Enter a date range for the purchase date to narrow the search by date.
Contains- Enter all or part of a field to filter by selected data.
Column Titles
Resend PDF- Click the hyperlink to resend a purchase email to the buyer. This is useful if the buyer cannot locate the original email, or states they didn’t receive it.
Download PDF- Click the hyperlink to download the buyers ticket PDF. This is useful if the buyer needs a paper copy of their ticket.
Purchase Date- Displays the purchase date.
Edit- Click this hyperlink to edit buyer information. This is useful if the buyer needs ticket information sent to another person, or email address. Click the check mark when complete to update the record and then resend the PDF.
Email- Displays the email address the ticket PDF was mailed to.
First Name- Displays the first name of the buyer.
Last Name- Displays the last name of the buyer.
Payment Method- Displays the payment method used.
Payment Amount- Displays the total payment amount.
Status- Displays the Status of the purchase.
View Tickets- Click the hyperlink to view the Ticket.
Page Activities
