The Check in URL is used to obtain a link that can be used at the event to scan tickets and check in guests to the event. 


Step 1. Navigate to Activities > Ticketing > Ticket Event.

 

Step 2. Use Search filters to locate the event. 


NOTE- Each link is specific to a particular event so it’s important that you select the correct event. 


Step 3. Click the Check-In URL button to copy the URL to your clipboard.

 


Step 4. Email the link to event organizers. 

 

Step 5. When organizers click the link from their mobile device, it will open the scanning page pictured below allowing QR codes presented by guests to be scanned.



Scanned tickets are noted on the Events Ticket page with the date and time the tickets were scanned.
