Find Account - Custom Letter Tab
Custom Letters are used to create correspondence to Owners on an individual basis for matters related to the particular owner. Custom Letters can be used to create Welcome Letters for new owners, Returned Item (NSF) letters, and more. The benefit to using the Custom Letter feature is that all letters generated this way can easily be uploaded to LetterStream for mailing and are stored on the Owner’s account for easy reference.
Before you can create a Custom Letter, some set up is required. CLICK HERE for more information.
Step 1. Open the Owner Account page for which you need to generate a Custom Letter.
Step 2. Select the Custom Letter Tab.
Step 3. Click the Add Custom Letter hyperlink on the left side of the page.
Step 4. Select the correct Custom Letter from the dropdown menu in the pop up window.
Step 5. Click the Process button to create the letter.
