Use the Process ARC page to view and process ARC plans in a community
Processing an ARC Plan:
Step 1: Navigate to Process > Process ARC Page.
Step 2: Use the Search field to easily locate the necessary items that are needing to be processed:
Step 3: Select the ARC plan that needs to be Processed and click the Page Actions > Process Actions:
Updating Next Actions:
Step 1: Navigate to Process > Process ARC Plan.
Step 2: Use the Search fields to locate the Action that needs to be changed/updated.
Step 3: Once locate, check the box on that line item > Page Actions > Change Next Action:
Step 4: This will then provide a window to update the "Proposed Next Action". Use this filter to locate the preferred action and then click "Save" to que up this Violation (This will require an additional step of manually processing) or the "Save and Process" option to begin the Auto Processing per the Action Type Settings:
