Use this article to assist with processing Multi-violations in uManage.
Setup:
Step 1: Create the Mutli-violation Action Type (Process > Setup > Manage Action Type)
Step 2: Ensure the "Enable Multi-violation" flag is checked on the Action Type (Please note, the Auto Processing Settings cannot be used for these Action Types):
Step 3:
Once the Settings have been enabled, ensure the necessary Multi-violation Merge Fields have been added to the Template before processing:
Step 4: Once all of those pieces have been completed > Save.
Processing:
Step 1: To begin processing the Multi-violations, please ensure the Setup has be completed and the Violations have been Created on the Accounts with the "Set Next Step" using an Action with the Enable Multi-violation" field checked:
Step 2: Once the Violations have been created, navigate over to the Process > Process Violation page to locate those Violations:
Step 3: Here, select all (Check box) Violations that should be included on the Multi-violation processing > Page Actions > Process Actions:
