Use this article to assist in the creation of Spaces in uManage. Please Note: Space Types will need to be added first before they can be associated into Space Groups.
Adding Space Types:
Step 1: Navigate to the Activities > Spaces > Manage Space Type
Step 2: Click the Page Actions to "Add Space Type":
Step 3: Add a Title and Description of the new Space Type and Save:
Adding Space Groups:
Step 1: Navigate to the Activities > Spaces > Manage Spaces
Step 2: Locate the Community to add new Space Groups > Search.
Step 3: Once Located, Right-Click on the Association to "Add Level":
Step 4: Here, locate the corresponding Space "Type" to be associated with this Group and give it a Title and Description. Once those are filled out > Save.
Step 5:
Once the Save is complete, navigate back to the Association > Group level and Right-Click to "Add Spaces":
Step 6:
Fill out the designated Space information that will be associated with the Units/Accounts and Save. This step can be repeated as much as needed to complete the Space requirements for the association:
Associating a Space to Unit/Account:
Step 1:
Navigate to the Activities > Spaces > Manage Space Reservations:
Step 2:
Locate the Community in which reservations are to be added > Search. Once Located, click on the Page Actions > "Add Space Reservations":
Step 3:
Here, enter the "Space Type" and the specific Space that should be associated with this Reservation along side choosing whether this Reservation By should be attributed to the Unit or the Account > Save:
