Use this help article to assist with the Process Custom Letter page and its usage. 


Adding a Custom Letter: 

Step 1: Locate the Community in which to process the Custom Letter >

Step 2: Click on the Page Actions to select the "Add Custom Letter" Option >

Step 3: Select the Account in which to add the Custom Letter: 

 Step 4: That will then add a Custom Letter for that corresponding Account that can then proceed to the next area of Processing the Custom Letters 


Processing Custom Letters:

Step 1: Locate the Community in which to process the Custom Letter >

Step 2: Select the corresponding Account to Process >

Step 3: Click on the "Page Action" icon to click on the "Process Actions" option:

Step 4: This will then process the corresponding Action highlighted in the "Next Action" Column according to the Action Type settings of this Custom Letter 



Updating Next Actions

Step 1: Locate the Community in which to process the Custom Letter >

Step 2: Select the corresponding Account to update >

Step 3: Click on the "Page Actions" icon to select the "Change Next Action" option: 


Step 4: Here, update the Next Action and the "Proposed" Date of the Action before clicking on Save and Process to process the letter:
