Q: We want to customize our notifications that are sent out from the system. Is there a way to do that?
A: The Activities > Communication > Notifications > Manage Email Template page can be used to customize several of the notifications that are sent from the system by clicking on the "Create Template" icon to use a custom email notification:
Q: How to we turn on the notification to inform us if there are letters in process that we need to finish?
A: That setting can be updated on the Firm > Manage Firm Page on the "Preferences" tab by Updating the "InProcess" notifications for the desired activity. You can also click on the Clock icon to choose the desired time these notifications will be sent. These will send daily until these items are completed.
Q: Is there a setting to inform us of when the Vendor Document are expiring?
A: There is a Firm-Level notification that can be enabled to assist in these notifications. These can be enabled on the Firm > Manage Firm Page on the "Preferences" tab within the "Vendor Notification" area:
