Q: Our statements aren't pulling the latest assessments. Why could this be?
A: First, check the Statement Batch to see which Date Range was used in the "Trans Date. Start" and "End" fields. If that is correct, ensure the Assessment Recurring Charge Post/Run Dates are also within that window.
A: Our Statements processed Via Email addresses on file but we wanted to go to them by paper. What may have caused this?
Q: There is a setting within each Association on the "AR" tab for "Force eStatements" and if that is checked, the statements will be sent Via Email. Regardless of eStatement status.
Additionally, if that setting is not checked, the Statement Batch itself may have had the "Force" option selected when Publishing.
