Q. How do I see payments that have been disputed by homeowners?


A.  You can see any payment that has been returned or disputed by going to the eUnifyPay tab and navigating to the Manage Dispute / Void page. This page shows any payment that has been returned on a firm level.


Q. My homeowner's recurring payment is not working. Why?


A. If a homeowner's recurring payment isn't working, it’s often because the timing of the payment doesn't match up with when the assessment is applied to their account. To avoid this issue, you can simply set the recurring payment to be processed a day after the assessment is applied.
