AThis can be found in PropDocs by the company logging into their site and viewing the receipts. 


Q: What happens when we cancel a resale order which was ordered and paid by credit card. Does the system automatically refund the purchase price to the credit card holder?


A: When a Resale Order is canceled using the Cancel button, the funds are not automatically refunded. If a refund is necessary, the recommended approach is to issue a check for the payment amount.
