Q: One of our merge fields isn't pulling on our generated letters but we have made sure the field is correctly added to our Action Type template. What may be the cause?
A: Each Association can set up their own unique Workflow. If the Template on the Action Type is correct, you may also need to check on the Process > Setup > Manage Firm Workflow for this corresponding Workflow to ensure the "Source" is Action Type. If the "Source" Column indicates Action, there is a Workflow Template overriding the Action Type level information and that would affect the Letter Generating:
