Effective January 1, 2025, associations are required to report beneficial owner information per the Corporate Transparency Act. uManage provides the ability to capture the FinCen ID for board members both within uManage and from the CommunityLink portal.
uManage - Contact Page
Edit into the contact page and locate the Misc section. From here you can enter the 12 digit FinCEN ID number.
CommunityLink Portal
eUnify Board members have the ability to update their own FinCEN ID directly on the portal. Board members receive a reminder on the home page if they need to provide their FinCEN Id and can also access the FinCEN ID directly from the My Profile page.
Note: This feature must first be enabled on the portal. Contact eUnify Support to have this capability enabled.
