Q: We just added a new Firm Branch but it's not showing on the Associations to attribute them to. Why is this? 


A: The Firm-Branches are added during the nightly integration process. 


Q: How do we add new Ledgers into our Firm?


A: This is completed on the Firm > Manage Firm page on the "Field Labels" tab:


Q: We need to change our Statement Template. Where can this be done? 


A: This can be updated on the Firm > Manage Firm > Templates tab by locating the "Statement" Template > Downloading a Copy > Making Changes and then reuploading the new Template
