Use this article to assist in the navigation of the Community Link App.
Logging in:
You will need to install the Community Link App from the App Store or from Google Play. Once Downloaded, you can open the app and Log in using the Username/Password information provide to you:
Navigating the App:
Once Logged into the app, it will bring you to your Home screen. Here, you can view your Balance Due, Make a Payment and complete various other activities. Please note, your Home screen features may differ depending on the preference and settings of the your Community.
Viewing Outstanding Violations/ARCs/WorkOrders/Statements:
This can be completed by Clicking the "Account Info" on the Home screen:
That will then bring you to the Account Info page where you can click on the Item you are looking for. While clicking the corresponding features, that page will also allow for you to Add items should those permissions be available (Ex: ARC Plans):
Viewing eBlasts/Events/Documents/Discussions:
To view these details, you will need to click on the Select icon in the upper-left corner of the Home screen:
This will then allow for you to click on the Activity you are wanting to drilldown into. Please note, the available tabs on the Select feature will depend on the Community/Administrator setup:
